团队共同照护模式联合微波治疗仪对支气管肺炎患儿临床症状及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Team Care Mode Combined with Microwave Therapy Apparatus on Clinical Symptoms and Sleep Quality of Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的 观察团队共同照护模式联合微波治疗仪对支气管肺炎患儿临床症状及睡眠质量的影响。方法 随机将医院2022年8月至2023年10月期间收治的86例支气管肺炎患儿分为2组,各43例。两组患儿均进行常规抗感染、止咳、平喘等对症治疗。对照组实施微波治疗仪,在此基础上,观察组联合团队共同照护模式干预,共干预7d。比较两组临床症状消失时间、睡眠质量、护理依从性情况。结果 观察组咳嗽、退烧、肺部啰音、气促消失时间及住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);干预后,两组CSHQ评分降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 团队共同照护模式联合微波治疗仪干预可促进支气管肺炎患儿护理依从性的提升,利于临床症状的改善,缩短症状消失时间,减少疾病对患儿睡眠的影响,提高睡眠质量。

Objective To observe the effects of team care mode combined with microwave therapy apparatus on clinical symptoms and sleep quality of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 86 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 43 cases in each group.Both groups of children received routine anti-infection,cough,asthma and other symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with microwave therapy apparatus.On this basis,the observation group was treated with the co-care mode of the team for a total of 7 days.The absence time of clinical symptoms,sleep quality and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of cough,fever,lung rales,shortness of breath and hospitalization in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the CSHQ score of both groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of team care mode and microwave therapy instrument can promote the improvement of nursing compliance of children with bronchoppneumonia,which is conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms,shorten the time of symptom disappearance,reduce the impact of disease on children's sleep,and improve sleep quality.
