穴位贴敷配合中药封包对剖宫产术后腹胀干预效果的研究

Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Chinese Medicine Encapsulation on Abdominal Distension after Cesarean Section

目的 观察穴位贴敷配合中药封包在剖宫产术后腹胀患者中的应用效果。方法 依据不同护理方案将我院2021年1月~2022年8月64例剖宫产术后腹胀患者分为两组,对照组32例采取常规护理,观察组32例在常规护理基础上应用穴位贴敷配合中药封包。比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、干预前后腹胀程度、胃动素、胃泌素水平、并发症发生情况、生活质量。结果 观察组首次肛门排气时间、腹胀持续时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组腹胀程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组胃动素、胃泌素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率9.38%(3/32)低于对照组31.25%(10/32)(P<0.05);干预后观察组胃肠道生活指数(GIQLI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 剖宫产术后腹胀患者应用穴位贴敷和中药封包干预后,不仅胃肠功能改善,腹胀快速缓解,且患者并发症发生率明显降低,生活质量显著提高。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine encapsulation in patients with abdominal distension after cesarean section.Methods According to different nursing plan,64 cases of abdominal distension after cesarean section in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were divided into two groups,control group 32 cases took routine nursing,observation group 32 cases on the basis of routine nursing acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,the degree of abdominal distension,the levels of motilin and gastrin before and after intervention,the occurrence of complications and the quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first anal exhaust,the duration of abdominal distension,the time of first defecation and the recovery time of intestinal sound in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the abdominal distension degree of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of motilin and gastrin in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 9.38%(3/32)lower than that of control group(31.25%)(10/32)(P<0.05).After intervention,the gastrointestinal living index(GIQLI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The prognosis of abdominal distension patients after cesarean section with acupoint application and Chinese medicine encapsulation is not only improved gastrointestinal function,rapid relief of abdominal distension,but also significantly reduced the incidence of complications,and significantly improved quality of life.
