胸痛中心运行模式下心内科护理环节质量持续改进的实践

摘要 目的 探讨在胸痛中心运行模式下,改进护理环节对心内科护理质量指标的影响。方法 将2023年1-3月心血管内科35例急性胸痛患者设为对照组,将2023年3-6月心血管内科31例急性胸痛患者设为观察组,对照组实施常规质控方法,观察组按照胸痛中心总部质控要求项目,筛选护理质量敏感指标,实施持续质量改进的质控方法。比较两组患者首份心电图时间、心肌酶报告时间、静脉留置针置管时间、心肌梗死及肺栓塞应急预案掌握率、医生及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果 观察组实施护理质量敏感指标后应急预案掌握率、医生、患者对护士护理工作的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者首份心电图时间、心肌酶报告时间、静脉留置针置管时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医生对护士护理满意度分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 胸痛中心运行模式下,护理环节质量改进,不仅缩短急性胸痛救治时间,减轻病人经济负担,而且提升救治质量,有助于提高心内科护理质量,提高患者及医生对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To investigate the effect of improved nursing on the nursing quality index of cardiology under the operation mode of chest pain center.Methods A total of 35 patients with acute chest pain in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine from January to March 2023 were set as the control group,and 31 patients with acute chest pain in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine from March to June 2023 were set as the observation group.The time of first ECG,the time of cardiac enzyme reporting,the time of intravenous indwelling needle catheterization,the mastery rate of emergency plans for myocardial infarction and pulmonary embolism,and the satisfaction of doctors and patients with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The control group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The time of first ECG,cardiac enzyme reporting time,and intravenous indwelling needle catheter placement time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of doctors'satisfaction with nurses'nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the operation mode of chest pain center,the improvement of nursing quality not only shortens the treatment time of acute chest pain and reduces the economic burden of patients,but also improves the quality of treatment,which is helpful to improve the quality of cardiology nursing and improve the satisfaction of patients and doctors with nursing work.
