摘要
对20万t/a熔体直纺短纤维装置的能耗情况进行了分析,其主要消耗的能源品种为天然气、电及蒸汽。以用热、用电耗能环节为重点,探讨了存在的节能空间,形成了聚酯酯化蒸汽余热利用、短纤维后纺蒸汽二次利用、热媒系统优化等技术节能方案,并且制定了切实可行的节能管理制度。节能管理措施实施后,熔体直纺短纤维装置能耗降低10%以上。
The energy consumptions of the 200000 t/a melt direct spinning staple fiber device were ana-lyzed,and the main energy consumption types were natural gas,electricity and steam.Focusing on the ener-gy consumption of heat and electricity,the existing energy-saving space was discussed,and technical ener-gy-saving schemes such as polyester esterification steam waste heat utilization,staple fiber post-spinning steam secondary utilization,heat medium system optimization were formed,and feasible energy-saving man-agement system has been formulated.After the implementation of energy-saving management measures,the energy consumption of the melt direct spinning staple fiber device is reduced by more than 10%.
