摘要
循环风作为链板式烘干机热能传导交换的载体,以实现烘干机最关键的热能交换。目前循环风机的主要形式有皮带传动式和电机直连式,对两种结构形式进行了对比,阐述了两种形式的结构优缺点,并就典型案例作分析说明,最后对循环风机如何提升性能作分析探讨。
As a carrier for the conduction and exchange of heat energy in chain plate dryers,circulating air is used to achieve the most critical heat energy exchange in dryers.Currently,the main forms of circulating fans are belt driven and motor directly connected.A comparison is made between the two structural forms,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two forms are explained.Typical cases are analyzed and ex-plained.Finally,how to improve the performance of the circulating fan is analyzed and explored.
