摘要
以四甲基哌啶醇(A)和4-戊烯酸甲酯(B)为原料,石油醚(C)为溶剂,钛酸四异丙酯(D)为催化剂,对羟基苯甲醚(E)为阻聚剂,合成反应型受阻胺类的光稳定剂,研究了温度、溶剂、时间、催化剂、物料配比、阻聚剂对产品收率的影响。实验结果表明,最佳合成条件为:n(A)∶n(B)为1∶1.2,催化剂钛酸四异丙酯(D)用量为原料(A)质量的1.0%,阻聚剂对羟基苯甲醚(E)为原料(A)质量的0.4%,石油醚(C)用量为原料(A)质量的6.8倍,反应时间12 h,反应温度120℃,产品收率达80.68%。
A reactive light stabilizer was synthesized through a one-step reaction using tetramethylpiperidol(A)and methyl 4-pentenoate(B)as raw materials,petroleum ether(C)as a solvent,tetraisopropyl titanate(D)as a catalyst,and p-hydroxyanisole(E)as an inhibitor.Then this paper studied the effects of temperature,solvent,time,catalyst,materialratio,and inhibitor dosage on the product yield.The results showed that under the optimized reaction conditions as follows:n(A)∶n(B)was1∶1.2,the amount of catalyst tetraisopropyl titanate(D)was 1.0%of the mass of raw material(A),the amount of petroleum ether(C)is 6.8 times the mass of raw material(A),the polymerization inhibitor p-hydroxyanisole(E)was 0.4%of the mass of raw material(A),reaction time 12 hours,and reaction temperature 120℃,the yield of the product willreach 80.68%.
