分析一次性可降解餐饮具可能存在的安全隐患,结合国内外的管控措施提出相应的解决方案。以一次性可降解餐饮具的主要原料为切入点,结合实验室日常工作分析一次性可降解餐饮具可能存在的安全风险,总结各国的管控措施并提出相应的风险应对方法。作为“限塑令”大环境下的主要替代品,目前市场上的一次性可降解餐饮具受到了越来越多的重视和推广。然而,一次性可降解餐饮具通常以天然材料、生物降解树脂和添加剂的混合物为原料,可能会因此带来一定的安全风险。目前的一次性可降解餐饮具存在一定的安全隐患,包括材质符合性、理化指标不符合污染物含量超标等,对主要安全风险和迁移模式有待进一步系统性研究。

To analyze the potential safety hazards of disposable degradable tableware,and propose corresponding solutions based on control measures at home and abroad.Taking the main raw materials of disposable degradable tableware as the starting point,combined with the daily work of the laboratory,we analyzed the possible safety risks of disposable degradable tableware,summarized the control measures of various countries,and proposed corresponding risk control methods.As the main alternative under the requirements of the"plastic limit order",the disposable degradable tableware on the market has received more and more attention and promotion.However,disposable degradable tableware is usually made of a mixture of natural materials,such as biodegradable resins and additives,which may bring certain safety risks.The current disposable degradable tableware has certain potential safety hazards,including material inconsistency,non-conformity of hygienic properties and excessive pollutant content,etc.Further systematic research is needed on the main safety risks and its migration patterns.
