[Purposes]By analyzing the current status of patent applications for liposomes in drug deliv-ery,this paper can grasp the possible development direction of such drugs,provide systematic and com-plete patent research and analysis for domestic related enterprises,and formulate corresponding coping strategies and long-term development plans according to the current situation of domestic patents.[Methods]Based on the analysis of liposome-related patents,the trend of liposome patent applications,the regional distribution of patented technologies,and patent applicants were analyzed,so as to provide suggestions on technology development and intellectual property strategy for domestic enterprises.[Find-ings]It is predicted that future trends may include expanding the use of liposome delivery drug technolo-gies;in-depth understanding of the nanostructure and drug delivery mechanism of liposomes to improve drug delivery efficiency and therapeutic effect;continuous improving the production process and quality control technology of liposomal preparations,and seeking new and efficient preparation methods.[Con-clusions]Liposomal drug delivery technology has a broad market prospect and its application scope will continue to expand.Enterprises can strengthen technical cooperation and innovative research and devel-opment,master core technologies,and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,so as to obtain greater market share and profits.
