摘要
我国机场建设的管理水平正在稳步提升,但仍存在体系不完善、管理效率低等问题。本文基于民用机场建设的特点与管理水平不足等问题,以机场建设中各类主体为切入点,分析机场建设管理中不同主体间的协调与融合,构建跨组织边界融合的项目管理机制,为提升机场建设工程管理效能提供思路。
The management level of airport construction in China is improving,but there are still problems such as incomplete system and low management efficiency.This article is based on the characteristics and insufficient management level of civil airport construction.Taking various entities in airport construction as the starting point,it analyzes the coordination and integration between different entities in airport construction management,constructs a project management mechanism that integrates across organizational boundaries,and provides ideas for improving the efficiency of airport construction project management.
