变形与应力监测技术在大跨度钢结构整体提升施工中的应用

摘要 在建筑工程施工过程中,变形与应力监测是一种非常重要的技术手段,如钢结构安装、卸载、改造、加固,混凝土浇筑等过程,采用监测仪器对受力结构的位移与应力变化进行监测,在监测值接近预警值时发出报警,用来保证施工的安全性,也可用于检查施工过程是否合理。文章结合工程实际需要,研究变形与应力监测技术在大跨度钢结构整体提升施工中的应用方法,对应用过程中的变形监测点的布设、应力监测点的布设、警戒值的确定、监测频率等关键环节提出了技术方案,为日后类似工程提供借鉴。 In the construction process of building engineering,deformation and stress monitoring is a very important technical means,such as steel structure installation,unloading,transformation,reinforcement,concrete pouring,etc.Monitoring instruments are used to monitor the displacement and stress changes of the stressed structure.When the monitoring value approaches the warning value,an alarm is issued to ensure the safety of construction and to check whether the construction process is reasonable.The article combines the practical needs of engineering to study the application methods of deformation and stress monitoring technology in the overall lifting construction of large-span steel structures.Technical solutions are proposed for the key links such as the layout of deformation monitoring points,the layout of stress monitoring points,the determination of warning values,and the monitoring frequency during the application process,providing reference for similar projects in the future.
