摘要
本文以青岛上流建设综合楼项目为案例,对装配式混凝土构件进行拆分设计,利用BIM技术进行深化设计,并分析应用效果。通过BIM技术,实现结构的施工模拟,优化设计,减少预制板种类,并通过轴线调整与增设悬挑梁,简化结构,强化跨专业协同,同时BIM技术的应用可以显著节约成本和缩短工期。
This paper takes the Qingdao upper class construction comprehensive building project as an example to analyze the disassembly design of prefabricated concrete components,deepen the design by using the BIM technology,and analyze the application effect.Through the BIM technology,construction simulation of the structure can be achieved,design optimization can be carried out,and the types of prefabricated panels can be reduced.By adjusting the axis and adding cantilever beams,the structure can be simplified,and cross disciplinary collaboration can be strengthened.At the same time,the application of the BIM technology can save the costs and shorten the construction period significantly.
