摘要
通过COMSOL数值分析和钻屑法对距巷帮不同深度的应力分布进行分析,根据封孔深度的范围应该超出巷道两帮的卸压带或塑性区范围,但要小于巷帮集中应力峰值点的深度,最佳封孔深度为6.5~11m,在煤矿1807工作面运输顺槽抽放巷选择3组钻场分别进行不同封孔深度的对比试验,封孔深度取11m,验证了合理封孔深度的准确性。
The stress distribution is analyzed at different depths from roadway sides by COMSOL numerical analysis and cuttings method.The range of sealing depth should be beyond the unloading zone or plastic zone on roadway sides,but less than the depth of the peaks of stress concentration of roadway sides.The best sealing depth is 6.5~11m.Three groups of drilling sites were selected in 1807 suitable drainage roadway to carry out comparative tests of different hole sealing depths.The sealing depth is 11m,which verifies the accuracy of reasonable sealing depth.
