摘要
煤矿井下供电系统电缆故障是制约煤矿安全高效生产的重要因素。针对煤矿供电系统电缆故障预警与快速定位的需求,提出一种基于纳秒级时钟同步技术的矿用电缆故障监测与定位系统。该系统通过在电缆两端部署高精度时钟同步的监测单元,实时采集电缆局部放电等故障特征信号;利用小波分析、聚类、强化学习等人工智能算法进行放电模式识别,实现对电缆绝缘老化、局部放电等潜在故障的预警;基于双端纳秒级时钟同步的测距算法,快速定位电缆故障点位置。实际应用表明,该系统电缆故障预警的准确率达到94.2%,故障定位精度优于10m,为煤矿供电系统安全稳定运行提供了有力保障。
The cable fault of underground power supply system is an important factor restricting the safe and efficient production of coal mine.Aiming at the need of cable fault warning and fast location in coal mine power supply system,a fault monitoring and location system for coal mine cable based on nanosecond clock synchronization technology is proposed.By deploying high-precision clock synchronization monitoring units at both ends of the cable,the system collects fault characteristic signals such as cable partial discharge in real time.Wavelet analysis,clustering,reinforcement learning and other artificial intelligence algorithms are used to identify discharge patterns to realize the early warning of potential faults such as cable insulation aging and partial discharge.Based on the two-end nanosecond clock synchronization algorithm,the cable fault location is quickly located.The practical application shows that the accuracy of the cable fault warning system is 94.2%,and the fault location accuracy is better than 10 m,which provides a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the coal mine power supply system.
