风电场风力发电机组运行故障及维护策略研究

摘要 风力发电机组长期在露天环境下运行,受到恶劣环境的影响,易出现故障,严重阻碍风电场的正常生产。因此,需要分析常见的发电机组故障并进行设备维护,以便及时发现故障隐患,采取针对性的处理措施,保障发电机组安全可靠运行。文章主要分析风电场风力发电机运行中的常见故障,包括发电机故障、叶片故障、齿轮箱故障、偏航系统故障等,并提出有效的维护策略,从而降低故障发生概率,保障发电机组安全运行,提升风电场发电量,增加经济效益。 Wind turbines operate in the open air for a long time,are affected by the harsh environment,and are prone to failure,which seriously hinders the normal production of wind farms.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the common generator set faults and carry out equipment maintenance,so as to discover hidden faults in time and take targeted measures to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the generator set.This paper mainly analyzes the common faults in the operation of wind turbines in wind farms,including generator faults,blade faults,gearbox faults,yaw system faults,etc.,and proposes effective maintenance strategies,so as to reduce the probability of failure,ensure the safe operation of generator sets,improve the power generation of wind farms,and increase economic benefits.
