摘要
可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)作为一种控制设备,能够按照操作者设定的程序进行工作,实现对生产设备的高效管理。PLC技术支持复杂的控制策略,可以执行连续的监控,对工艺流程进行自动化控制,从而显著提高设备操作的精确性和安全性。将这种技术应用于煤矿机电设备制造中,不仅能够对设备进行自动化控制,还能实现工艺流程的自动化和故障自动诊断与处理等,进而提高制造效率。文章系统地探讨PLC技术在煤矿机电设备制造中的应用,包括设备自动化控制、工艺流程自动化、故障诊断与处理、生产过程管理、数据监控与反馈等。
The Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),as a control device,can work according to the program set by the operator to achieve efficient management of production equipment.PLC technology supports complex control strategies and enables continuous monitoring and automated control of process flows,significantly improving the accuracy and safety of equipment operation.The application of this technology in the manufacture of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment can not only automate the equipment,but also realize the automation of process flow and automatic fault diagnosis and treatment,so as to provide manufacturing efficiency.This paper systematically discusses the application of PLC technology in the manufacture of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine,including equipment automation control,process automation,fault diagnosis and treatment,production process management,data monitoring and feedback.
