摘要
堆垛机运行机构位于堆垛机的底部,承担着支承堆垛机整机质量。在自身驱动电动机的作用下,带动堆垛机整机沿运行轨道方向运行,与起升机构、货叉共同作用,完成货物存取的动作。运行机构作为堆垛机重要的结构件,其力学性能对于堆垛机整机性能有重要影响,其刚度对于存取货物定位的准确性有决定性的意义。因此,对堆垛机运行机构进行理论研究和力学分析很有必要。文中将3种当今国内外主流堆垛机运行机构的设计形式进行对比分析,运用理论计算和模拟仿真的方式分别对这些设计形式下堆垛机运行机构的变形情况进行求解,并对各种设计方案的适用范围、优缺点、设计细节等进行介绍和分析。
The operating mechanism at the bottom of the stacker bears the quality of the whole machine.Under the action of its own driving motor,it drives the whole stacker to run along the running track direction,and works together with the lifting mechanism and fork to complete the movement of goods storage and withdrawal.The operating mechanism is an important structural part of the stacker,and its mechanical properties have an important influence on the overall performance of the stacker,and its stiffness is of decisive significance to the accuracy of the positioning of the stored goods.Therefore,theoretical research and mechanical analysis on the operating mechanism of the stacker are necessary.In this paper,the design of three mainstream stacker operating mechanisms at home and abroad was compared and analyzed,and the deformation of stacker operating mechanisms under these design forms was solved by theoretical calculation and simulation respectively,and the application scope,advantages and disadvantages,design details and so on of various design schemes are introduced and analyzed.
