起重机臂头钢丝绳楔形接头与绳卡组合的绳端固定方法

起重机作为重要的吊装设备,在各种工程领域中发挥着重要作用。钢丝绳作为起重机的重要受力零件之一,直接承受所吊运货物的重力载荷,对起重机的安全起到重要作用。然而,钢丝绳的绳端固定若存在固定不规范等安全隐患,将不能保证钢丝绳的安全使用。鉴于此,文中通过分析起重机臂头钢丝绳楔形接头与绳卡组合的绳端固定方法,以期提高钢丝绳的使用安全性。

As an important hoisting equipment,cranes play an important role in various engineering fields.As one of the important mechanical parts of the crane,the wire rope directly bears the gravity load of the lifted goods and plays an important role in the safety of the crane.However,the safe use of steel wire rope will not be guaranteed if there are security risks such as irregular fixation at the rope end of steel wire rope.Therefore,in this paper,the rope end fixing method of the combination of wedge joint and rope clamp of crane boom wire rope is analyzed in order to improve the safety of wire rope.
