取料机清攒垛取料工艺优化

摘要 为提高斗轮取料机作业效率,对取料机清攒垛取料工艺进行优化。文中进行一种取料机清攒垛取料工艺优化,确定每台取料机在不同垛位最佳的清攒垛取料角度并按照最佳角度取料,然后降低堆场洒水喷枪高度保证取料机臂架最低点高于洒水喷枪,最后调整取料机臂架和堆场坝基夹角,使取料机能够尽量靠近坝基,减少坝基附近剩余的煤炭。清攒垛取料工艺优化后,取料剩余厚度由60~80 cm降低到30~40 cm,坝基侧剩余煤炭减少。平均每个垛位减少清攒垛1900 m3煤炭。清攒垛时间平均减少1 h,降低了清攒垛流程启动时间和斗车使用时间。达到了提高清攒垛作业效率、降低职工作业强度、降低作业能耗的目的。 To improve the operation efficiency of bucket wheel reclaimer and optimize the picking process of reclaimer stacking cleaning,an optimization scheme of picking process of reclaimer stacking cleaning is put forward.Firstly,the best picking angle of each reclaimer in different stacking positions was determined and the materials were taken according to the best angle,and then the height of the yard sprinkler gun was reduced to ensure that the lowest point of the reclaimer’s boom is higher than that of the sprinkler gun.Finally,the angle between the boom of the reclaimer and the dam foundation of the storage yard was adjusted,so that the reclaimer can be as close to the dam foundation as possible and reduce the remaining coal near the dam foundation.After optimization,the residual thickness of the material was decreased from 60-80 cm to 30-40 cm,and the residual coal on the dam foundation side was reduced.On average,1900 m3 of coal was decreased in each stacking position.The stacking cleaning time was reduced by an average of 1 h,which reduces the start-up time of stacking cleaning and the operating time of trolley,which improves the stacking cleaning efficiency,reduces the working intensity of workers and reduces the energy consumption.
