陕西省钢结构焊缝超声波探伤检测技术能力分析

摘要 为进一步提高陕西省建设工程质量检测机构在钢结构焊接质量无损检测技术领域的管理能力和从业人员技术水平,本文依托陕西省建设工程质量安全监督总站组织开展的全省钢结构工程焊缝超声波探伤检测能力验证活动,通过对全省54家检测机构的108名检测人员的能力验证结果进行统计分析,较为全面的展示了陕西省超声波检测钢结构焊接质量技术能力的现状,也反应了当前存在的不足之处,为省内下一步配套政策的制定与行业引导提供了基础支撑,也为全省钢结构无损检测技术领域的发展提供了方向。 In order to further improve the management ability and technical level of personnel in the field of non-destructive testing technology for steel structure welding quality of construction engineering quality inspection institutions in Shaanxi Province,this article relies on the verification activity of ultrasonic wave testing ability for steel structure engineering welds organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Station.Through statistical analysis of the verification results of 108 testing personnel from 54 testing institutions in the province,the current situation of ultrasonic testing technology ability for steel structure welding quality in Shaanxi Province is comprehensively displayed,which also reflects the current shortcomings and provides basic support for the formulation of supporting policies and industry guidance in the province,and also provides direction for the development of non-destructive.
