Research on Adaptation of Higher Vocational Education to Regional Economic Development in Hubei Province——Taking the Talent Cultivation of New Energy Vehicle Technology as an Example

高等职业教育以培养服务区域经济发展所需的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才为目标。针对湖北省新能源汽车产业发展需求,从如何推进职业教育人才供给与区域经济发展相协调的视角出发,探索新能源汽车技术专业人才培养的实施路径,总结专业人才培养的经验及建议,为新时期职业教育人才培养模式的改革提供新思路。

Advanced vocational education aims to cultivate high-quality labors and technical and skilled talents to serve regional economic development.In view of the development needs of new energy automobile industry in Hubei Province,this paper explores the implementation path of new energy automobile technology professional talents cultivation to summarize the experience of professional talent cultivation from the perspective of promoting the coordination of vocational education talent supply and regional economic development,in the hope of providing a new idea to the reform of the talent cultivation mode of vocational education in the new Era.
