摘要
梳理了高职院校教师专业能力的内涵,提出了组建双向流动的“双师型”师资队伍、建立专业能力提升发展共同体、健全教师发展培训体系的教师培养路径。针对高职院校教师专业能力建设标准不统一、培育培训不协调、实践保障不完善、考核激励不显著等问题,提出从管理模式、发展生态、培养方式等方面入手,建立高职院校教师专业能力发展保障机制。
This paper analyses the connotation of professional competence of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the teacher training path of establishing a two-way integration of“double qualified”teaching team,establishing a community which promotes professional competence and development,and improving the teachers’development training system.Aiming at the problems such as non-uniform standards,uncoordinated cultivation and training,imperfect practice guarantee,and insignificant assessment and incentive,this paper proposes the ideas of ensuring the development of professional ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of management mode,development ecology and training mode.
