摘要
建立了药用工业大麻茎叶中10种重金属(Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cd、Pb、Cr、Hg、As)含量的火焰原子吸收分光光度法和电感耦合等离子体质谱检测方法,并对重金属的可能来源进行分析。结果表明,检测方法准确、可靠,10种重金属元素在各自范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.999)。药用工业大麻中重金属(Pb、As、Cd、Hg、Cu)质量分数均符合《中国药典》(2020)对药材及饮片(植物类)中重金属限量标准,但Cu、Cr和Hg元素的质量分数超过其他不同国家和组织的最小重金属限量标准,超标率分别为63.64%, 45.45%, 9.09%。药用工业大麻茎叶中重金属主要来源为环境因素,其次为生产种植因素,以及多种残留物产生的多重累积和协同效应。
A flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry or inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method was established to detect the content of ten heavy metals(Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cd,Pb,Cr,Hg,As)in the stems and leaves of medicinal industrial hemp,and to analyze the possible sources of heavy metals.The results showed that the detection method was accurate and reliable,and the linear relationship between the ten heavy metal elements was good within their respective ranges(R^(2)≥0.999).The mass concentrations of heavy metals(Pb,As,Cd,Hg,Cu)in the medicinal industry of cannabis all comply with the heavy metal limit standards for medicinal materials and herbal(plant)in the“Chinese Pharmacopoeia”(2020).However,the mass concentrations of Cu,Cr,and Hg elements exceed the minimum heavy metal limit standards of other countries and organizations,with exceeding rates of 63.64%,45.45%,and 9.09%,respectively.The main sources of heavy metals in the stems and leaves of medicinal hemp industry are environmental factors,followed by production and planting factors,as well as the multiple accumulation and synergistic effects of various residues.
