GH4169高温合金喷丸残余应力有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of Residual Stress in Shot Peening of GH4169 Superalloy

摘要 采用ABAQUS/Python二次开发技术,建立了镍基高温合金GH4169的随机多丸粒喷丸有限元模型。以此为基础,通过有限元模拟分析了不同的喷丸速度、弹丸直径等参数对GH4169合金喷丸后表面残余应力的影响规律。同时,对相应的喷丸过程进行试验研究,从二者的对比结果中可以看出,残余应力仿真结果与实测结果具有较好的一致性。 A random multiple shot peening finite element model of nickel-based superalloy GH4169 was established using ABAQUS/Python secondary development technology. Based on this model,the influence of different diameter and velocity of little balls on the residual stress distribution after shot peening was analyzed by finite element simulation. At the same time,the corresponding shot peening process was tested and compared with the FEM results. It can be seen that the magnitude and variation trend of the residual stress simulation results are consistent with the measured values.
