摘要
针对复合材料长桁结构件的变形修正问题,分别提出了离散布点与变角度修正的外形面修正方法、基于修正外形面的多区域等厚度偏置算法以及过渡区域自动分段桥接方法。基于CATIA/CAA开发了复合材料零件变形修正系统,并以典型长桁零件数模为例进行验证,分别记录手动修正及自动修正所需时间,对比结果表明:提出的变形修正方法及开发的长桁变形修正系统能有效地提升回弹变形修正工艺数模的生成效率。
According to the deformation correction of the composite stringer parts,the shape surface correction method of discrete distribution point and variable angle,the multi-region thickness offset algorithm based on the modified shape surface and the automatic segment bridging method of transition area are proposed respectively.The deformation correction system of composite material parts was developed based on CATIA/CAA,and then the digital modules of stringer parts were used as an example for verification,the time of manual correction and automatic correction were recorded respectively.The comparison results show that the proposed deformation correction method and the developed stringer deformation correction system can effectively improve the generation efficiency of the spring-back deformation correction process.
