摘要
四环素类抗生素(Tetracycline antibiotics)可以迅速抑制细菌生长,有效治疗细菌感染,近年来已广泛应用于医疗、畜禽养殖和农业领域中。但由于其分子结构复杂、难以被有效生物降解,排放至水体后会影响人体健康安全,目前已成为污水处理中的一大难点。石墨烯(Graphene)具有强度高、导电导热性能好、比表面积大和生物相容性高的优异特性,已经成为了炙手可热的功能材料,在水处理领域表现出了极高的应用潜力。利用石墨烯及其相关复合材料去除四环素类抗生素日益受到研究人员的关注,本文从石墨烯及其衍生物的制备方法了进行归纳总结,对其去除四环素类抗生素的方法及相关机理进行了详细介绍,同时对研究中存在不足进行了分析,并对其未来研究和发展方向提出了建议。
Ascribed to the quickly inhibition of bacterial growth and effective treatment of bacterial infections,tetracycline antibiotics(TCs)have been widely utilized in the human medical,livestock breeding industry and agricultural fields in recent years.However,the complex molecular structure makes it difficult for them to be effectively biodegraded,which will pose threats to human health when discharged into the water body.Thus,it has become a major challenge in sewage treatment.Graphene owned lots of excellent properties,such as high strength,eximious electrical and thermal conductivities,large specific surface area and high biocompatibility,making it to be a hot functional material and displayed great applied potential in the water treatment field.Currently,the utilization of graphene and its derivatives for the removal of tetracycline antibiotics has received increasing attentions.In this paper,the fabrication methods of graphene and its derivatives were summarized,the removal methods and connected mechanisms for the removal of tetracycline antibiotics by graphene and its derivatives were introduced in detail.Meanwhile,the shortcomings in current researches were analyzed,some suggestions for the future research and development direction were also put forward.
