摘要
河北某氨基酸生产企业生产废水中含有高浓度有机氮,原来的排水考核指标中无总氮,导致原有处理工艺未设计总氮去除单元。随着环保要求的提高,总氮被纳入企业排水考核指标,需对原有污水处理系统进行总氮去除提标改造。本工程基于碳源分配和土著微生物驯化的原理,最大限度的利用原污水处理设施及废水自身碳源对处理系统进行改造。系统改造后运营成本仅增加0.06元/m^(3),但总氮去除率提升至95%以上,出水总氮稳定在40 mg/L以下,满足工业园区污水处理厂收水标准(≤70 mg/L),为高有机氮废水总氮提标改造提供参考。
The production wastewater from an amino acid manufacturing facility in Hebei contains high concentrations of organic nitrogen,leading to total nitrogen levels in the effluent(400~600 mg/L)that exceed discharge standards.With increasing environmental protection regulations,total nitrogen has become a critical parameter in assessing drainage water quality.This project focused on optimizing carbon source allocation and acclimating indigenous microorganisms to maximize the efficiency of the existing wastewater treatment facilities and to utilize wastewater containing COD for total nitrogen removal.After upgrading the treatment system,the total nitrogen removal rate increased to over 95%,with the effluent total nitrogen consistently below 40 mg/L,meeting the industrial park wastewater treatment plant's acceptance standard(≤70 mg/L).Notably,the treatment cost increased by only 0.06 yuan/m³.This project provides a valuable reference for enhancing total nitrogen removal in wastewater treatment systems dealing with high organic nitrogen content.
