信阳黄缘闭壳龟省级自然保护区(浉河片区)两栖爬行动物种群结构及区系分析

Population Structure and Fauna Analysis of Amphibians and Reptiles for Xinyang Cistolemmys flavomarginata Provincial Nature Reserve(Shihe Area)

2021年3月至2023年10月,对信阳黄缘闭壳龟省级自然保护区(浉河片区)两栖爬行动物资源进行了初步调查。本次调查共观察记录两栖爬行动物实体2041只,经鉴定隶属3目14科16属40种。其中两栖类实体803只,隶属1目4科13种,其中新记录物种、外来入侵物种各1种;蛙科种类最多8种,占两栖动物种类的61.54%;两栖动物区系组成以东洋界物种为主,共5种,占物种数38.46%。爬行动物实体1238只,隶属2目7科16属27种;本土物种25种,外来物种2种;龟鳖目2科5种,占爬行动物种类18.52%;有鳞目5科22种,占种类的81.48%;游蛇科种类最为丰富,共15种,占总种类的55.56%;爬行动物区系组成以东洋界物种为主,共14种,占物种数51.85%。40种两栖爬行动物中,属于国家二级重点保护动物5种,占物种数量12.5%;属于省级保护动物3种,占物种数量7.5%;属于中国特有物种3种,占物种数量7.5%。调查结果对自然保护区两栖爬行动物资源的有效保护、持续利用、科学管理提供了科学参考。

From March 2021 to October 2023,a preliminary survey focused on the amphibian and reptile resources,particularly Cistolemmys flavomarginata,in the Shihe River section of the Xinyang provincial nature reserve was carried out.The survey identified a total of 2,041 specimens across 3 orders,14 families,16 genera,and 40 species.These included 803 amphibian specimens from 1 order,4 families,and 13 species,with one new recorded species and one invasive species.Ranidae family comprised 8 species,making up the majority with 61.54%of the amphibian species.Most amphibian fauna,totaling 5 species,were Oriental,accounting for 38.46%.For reptiles,there were 1,238 specimens spanning 2 orders,7 families,16 genera,and 27 species.Native species numbered 25,while exotic species accounted for 2.Testudines order had 2 families and 5 species,constituting 18.52%of the reptile species.Squamata order encompassed 5 families and 22 species,making up 81.48%,with Colubridae being the most diverse family at 15 species or 55.56%.Predominantly Oriental reptile species amounted to 14,or 51.85%.Among the 40 amphibian and reptile species found,5 are national second-class protected animals(12.5%),3 are provincially protected(7.5%),and 3 are endemic to China(also 7.5%).These findings offer valuable insights for effective conservation,sustainable use,and scientific management of these resources within the nature reserve.
