蒸汽养护参数对陶粒泡沫混凝土强度的影响

摘要 以蒸汽养护参数为研究对象,研究了静置时间、升温速率、恒温温度、恒温时间、降温速率等5个影响因素对陶粒泡沫混凝土早期和后期强度的影响。综合考虑了陶粒泡沫混凝土的力学性能、生产效率、时间成本和经济效益,最佳蒸汽养护参数为:静置时间6 h,升温速率15℃/h,恒温温度60℃,恒温时间6 h,降温速率15℃/h。在最佳参数条件下,陶粒泡沫混凝土早期抗压强度相比于自然养护明显提高,1、3、7 d抗压强度分别为自然养护下的218%、120%、125%。随着养护龄期的延长,两者差距逐渐缩小,到28 d抗压强度为自然养护下的106%。 Taking steam curing parameters as the research object,the effects of five factors,such as standing time,heating rate,constant temperature,constant temperature time and cooling rate,on the early and late strength of ceramisite foam concrete were studied.Considering the mechanical properties,production efficiency,time cost and economic benefits of ceramite foam concrete,the standing time is 6 h,the heating rate is 15℃/h,the constant temperature is 60℃,the constant temperature time is 6 h,and the cooling rate is 15℃/h under steam curing.Under the above optimal parameters of steam curing,the early compressive strength increases significantly compared with that of ceramite foam concrete under natural curing.The compressive strength at age 1,3,7 d is 218%,120%,125%of that under natural curing.With the extension of curing age,the gap between the two gradually narrowed.The 28 d compressive strength of the steam cured ceramite foamed concrete is 106%of that under natural curing.
