摘要
通过原材料筛选、配合比设计和试验,研制了一种粘结强度较高、可操作时间较长、抗冻防渗、绿色环保、安全无毒、施工简单、使用寿命较长的新型外墙保温装饰板粘结剂。优化配合比为:聚羧酸减水剂掺量0.05%,纤维素醚掺量0.20%~0.25%,重钙、粉煤灰可替代部分水泥,掺量约7%。生产的粘结剂性能均能满足技术要求和施工需求,且工程应用良好。
Through raw material screening,mix ratio design and test,developed a new type of adhesive for exterior wall insulation decorative board with high bond strength,long operational time,anti-freezing and anti-seepage,green environmental protection,safety and non-toxic,simple construction and long service life.The content of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is 0.05%,the content of cellulose ether is 0.20%~0.25%,heavy calcium and fly ash can replace part of cement,the content is about 7%.All the performance indexes of the adhesive produced can meet the technical requirements and construction requirements,and the engineering application is good.
