摘要
本研究旨在深入探讨RV减速机的疲劳寿命及其优化方法,通过分析材料性能、制造工艺及载荷特性对疲劳寿命的影响,本研究提出结构优化设计、材料优化选择和应用拓扑优化算法等优化手段。实验和仿真结果表明,优化后的RV减速机在降低交变应力、延长疲劳寿命方面取得显著成效,为提升RV减速机的性能和可靠性提供理论支持和实践指导。
This study aims to deeply explore the fatigue life of RV reducer and its optimization methods.Through analyzing the effects of material properties,manufacturing process and load characteristics on fatigue life,this study puts forward optimization methods including structural optimization design,material optimization selection and application topology optimization algorithm.The experimental and simulation results show that the optimized RV reducer has achieved remarkable results in reducing the alternating stress and extending the fatigue life,which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the performance and reliability of RV reducer.
