行业产教融合共同体视域下虚拟教研室建设探究

摘要 产教融合不仅是职业教育实现高质量发展的必由之路,更是引领行业技术技能人才培育的核心引擎。积极构建行业产教融合共同体,是精准对接行业迫切需求的关键举措,确保“专业跟着产业走,教学围着需求转”。在行业产教融合共同体的坚实基础上,精心打造虚拟教研室,彰显鲜明的信息化、跨学科、跨校际以及动态开放的特色,推动校内外优质资源的深度融合、高效互通和协同共进。这不仅有助于提升教育教学的整体效能,更能为新时代培养具备“有德、有识、有技、有为”的高素质技术技能人才提供强有力的支撑。 The integration of industry and education is not only a necessary path for vocational education to achieve high-quality development,but also a core engine for leading the cultivation of technical and skilled talents in the industry.Actively building an industry-education integration community is a key measure to accurately connect with the urgent needs of the industry,ensuring that"majors follow the industry,and teaching revolves around needs".On the solid foundation of the industry-education integration community,we have carefully created a virtual teaching and research room,showcasing distinct characteristics of informatization,interdisciplinary,inter school,and dynamic openness,promoting the deep integration,efficient exchange,and collaborative progress of high-quality resources both inside and outside the school.This not only helps to improve the overall efficiency of education and teaching,but also provides strong support for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with morality,knowledge,skills,and achievements in the new era.
