“双碳”目标下科技创新对江苏高耗能制造业转型升级助力研究

摘要 选取2009—2021年江苏40家高耗能制造业上市公司数据,并将企业转型升级绩效分解为环境绩效、经济绩效和绿色创新绩效,研究“双碳”目标下科技创新助力江苏高耗能制造业转型升级的效果。结果表明:江苏高耗能制造业的科技创新还不能很好地产生经济绩效,且对企业转型升级的作用在不同环境规制强度和企业污染程度下呈现出明显的异质性;企业管理能力的提升有利于提高企业的环境绩效和经济绩效,却不利于提升绿色创新绩效;社会和市场对传统高耗能企业创新首先关注的是环境绩效和绿色创新绩效,其次才是经济绩效。 In order to make clear the effect of scientific and technological innovation in promoting the transformation and upgrading of high energy consuming manufacturing industry in Jiangsu under the goal of“Double Carbon”,this paper selected the data of 40 satisfactory listed companies from 2009 to 2021,and decomposed the transformation and upgrading benefits of enterprises into environmental,economic and green innovation benefits for testing.The research shows that the scientific and technological innovation of the energy-consuming manufacturing industry in Jiangsu cannot produce good economic benefits,and the effect on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises shows obvious heterogeneity under different environmental regulation intensity and enterprise pollution degree.The improvement of enterprise management ability is conducive to enhancing the environmental and economic benefits of enterprises,but is not conducive to improving the green innovation benefits.Social and market focus on the environmental and green innovation benefits of traditional high energy consuming enterprises priority,then economic benefits.
