职能视角下研究生精品课程指标构建与思考

摘要 研究生精品课程建设与国家高等教育战略和高校可持续发展紧密相关,尤其在当前高校快速变革时期面临着多种挑战而亟须转型和改进。基于文献梳理和编码分析,探索现阶段的高校研究生精品课程建设指标和内涵意义,并结合实际给出了建议。在编码分析的基础上,引入职能视角,整理出教学队伍、教学目标、教学内容、教学条件、教学方法与手段、教学效果共6项指标,从而总结指标所表现出的深层次内涵。最终从顶层设计、课程结构、联动教学和理念辐射4个层面给出建议,以期优化研究生精品课程建设深入发展。 The construction of high-quality graduate courses are closely related to the development of national high education strategy and the sustainable development of universities.Especially in the present rapid reform period,universities are facing various challenges and need to be transformed and improved urgently.Based on the literature review and coding analysis,this paper explores the indicators construction and connotation of high-quality graduate courses in universities,and provides suggestions accordingly.On the basis of coding analysis,this paper introduces the perspective of“administrative function”to sort out six indicators,including teaching team,objective,content,conditions,means and effect,so as to summarize the deep connotation of these indicators.Finally,suggestions are given in four aspects:top-level design,course structure,interconnected teaching and the radiation of concept,in order to optimize the development of high-quality graduate courses.
