地球物理学专业“师带徒”教育模式的探索

摘要 地球物理学作为关乎国家自然资源调控和民生发展的学科,对于第一产业和第二产业发展至关重要。长久以来,地球物理学高等教育的侧重点集中在学生科学素质的培养,而忽视了学生动手实践、管理、宣传等其他能力。步入新时代,社会对于有较强动手实践能力的专业青年人才需求激增,学术教育转向实践和应用型教育的改革势在必行。正确运用“师带徒”制度,预计能有效提高学生的职业素养,培育多类型地球物理专业人才,在未来激烈的竞争中占据领先优势。 Geophysics,as a discipline related to national natural resource regulation and people’s livelihood development,is very crucial for the development of the primary and secondary industries.For a long time,the focus of higher education in geophysics has been on cultivating students’scientific literacy and theory,while neglecting other abilities such as hands-on practice,management,and publicity ability.In the upcoming new era of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,the demand for professional young talents with strong handson and practical abilities has surged in society,raising the need to education reform through apprenticeship.It is imperative to reform academic education towards theory-to-practice and applied education via apprenticeship.The correct application of the“teacher leading apprentice”system can be anticipated to effectively improve students’professional literacy,cultivate multiple types of geophysical talents,and occupy a leading advantage in the fierce competition in the future.
