实验技术人员是实践性较强的基础性岗位,他们是直面一线工作现场的敬业职守从业人员,长期的工作形成了敢挑重担、直面压力的工作韧性。当然也存在重复工作带来的职业倦怠。如何将被动适应转变为主动应变,将行为职责上繁文缛节的羁绊转化为思想上的激变,是实验技术人员必须面临的问题。通过认知、思想、意识、行为四个维度对实验技术人员岗位职责进行解析,总结实践经验,形成一体的素养规则,可以更好地从事实验技术的研究和指导工作,增强实验技术人员的幸福感和获得感。

The experimental technicians are the basic posts with strong practicality.They are the professionals who face the first line of work,and dare to carry the heavy burden and face the pressure.Of course,there is also job burnout from simple repetition.How to change from passive adaptation to active change,from the fetters of unnecessary and overelaborate formalities in behavior and responsibility to the upheaval in the top stream of thoughts are problems that the experimenter must face.Through the four dimensions of cognition,thought,consciousness and behavior,the job responsibilities of experimental technicians are analyzed,practical experience is summarized,and integrated literacy rules are formed,which can better engage in the research and guidance of experimental technology,and enhance the sense of happiness and acquisition of experimental technicians.
