多学科交叉培养急诊医学研究生创新能力

摘要 创新能力是研究生的核心素质,如何加强研究生创新能力建设,是现代研究生教育所面临的重要问题。以学科交叉融合为导向培养有利于研究生创新能力的提高。急诊医学的交叉性、综合性和复杂性决定了其发展需要多学科的融合与创新。因此,在学科交叉背景下探究急诊医学研究生的创新能力,对于全面提高研究生的科学素养具有重要的意义。从多学科交叉融合的急诊医学课程体系、多学科导师组联合指导机制、多学科交叉融合科研平台的建立三方面提出基于多学科交叉融合的急诊医学创新型研究生培养模式。 Innovation ability is the core quality of graduate students.How to strengthen the innovation ability of postgraduates is an important problem for modern postgraduate education.The training model of interdisciplinary integration is conducive to improve the innovation ability of graduate students.The intersectionality,comprehensiveness and complexity of emergency medicine make its development need the integration and innovation of multi-disciplines.Therefore,it is very important to explore the innovative ability of graduate students in emergency medicine based on crossing discipline to improve their scientific literacy.From there aspects,we put forward the innovative training model of emergency medicine postgraduates based on the course system of interdisciplinarity,multidisciplinary tutor group joint guidance mechanism,and establishment of multidisciplinary integrated research platform.
