摘要
生物信息学是一门新兴的交叉学科,发展日新月异,其组学技术的更新和发展伴随着大量数据的积累。生物信息学专业主要培养生物大数据分析和处理人才,实践是教学的重中之重,但目前该专业的教学模式尚未成熟。总结了“生物信息学实践”课程存在的师资不足、硬件设备不完善、学生缺乏创新思维、生产实践难度大、教学效果评价形式单一等问题。系统分析阐述实践教学面临的问题,以培养目标为导向,对教学模式的改革进行探索,并针对上述课程存在的问题提出相关的建议,旨在为今后“生物信息学实践”教学水平的提高与专业型人才的培养提供参考。
Bioinformatics is a burgeoning subject which develops with each passing day.Following the update and advance of omics technology,a large number of data generated.Practice is the top priority in its teaching,but the teaching mode of this major is not mature yet.Our research summarized the problems in bioinformatics practical course,such as lack of teachers,imperfect hardware equipment,lack of innovative thinking of students,and difficulty in production practice.This paper systematically analyzes and expounds the problems in practical teaching and explores the reform of its teaching mode based on training objectives,aiming at providing suggestions for improving the practical teaching level of bioinformatics and training professional talents in the future.
