摘要
研究生创新实践基地在专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中具有至关重要的作用。结合中国民航大学航空安全学科的行业特点,对研究生创新实践基地建设模式进行有机结合,通过加强导师团队建设,强化课程建设和实践教学,加强科研项目合作,开展顶岗实习,探索出一套基于项目导向的贯穿专业学位研究生整个培养周期的研究生创新实践基地建设模式,并开展了研究生创新实践基地的建设实践。该模式有效提高了研究生培养质量,促进了科研成果产出,为研究生创新实践基地建设思路提供了参考。
The graduate innovation and practice base plays a crucial role in the process of cultivating professional master students.Based on the industry characteristics of aviation safety discipline of Civil Aviation University of China,this paper organically combines different construction modes of graduate innovation and practice base,and explores a set of project oriented construction mode of graduate innovation and practice base that runs through the whole training cycle of professional degree graduates by strengthening the construction of tutor team,strengthening curriculum construction and practice teaching,strengthening scientific research project cooperation,and carrying out job internship.Finally,the construction practice of graduate innovation practice bases is carried out.This mode effectively improves the quality of graduate education,promotes the output of scientific research achievements,and provides a reference for the construction of innovative and practice bases for graduate students.
