基于教师信息素养的军事英语对分课堂教学实践——以“军事英语听说教程”Unit 12 Carrier为例

摘要 在军事英语教学中实施对分课堂模式对军校教员的信息素养要求很高,必须懂外语、懂军事、知作战、晓部队。教员信息素养包括获取信息、处理信息、创新信息的能力。对分课堂要求时间对分:一半时间教员讲授,一半时间学生讨论。教员的讲授环节本质上是对学员进行充分引导,在此基础上学员才能有效内化和讨论。因此,教员讲授是影响对分课堂效果的重要因素。只有信息素养良好的教员才能充分有效地整合教学资源,在有限时间内引导学员学习,从而帮助学员在内化过程中独立思考,形成成果。 In military English teaching,the implementation of PAD class requires teachers’understanding of foreign language,military knowledge and high information literacy.The information literacy includes the ability to obtain and process information.PAD class divides time into two parts:teachers’instruction time and students’discussion time.Teachers are responsible to guide,basing on which students can effectively internalize and discuss what they’ve learned.Thus,teachers’instruction is an important factor that affects PAD class.Only teachers with good information literacy can fully and effectively integrate teaching materials and then guide students to learn within a limited time,so as to help students think independently in the process of internalization,and then bring results.
