建筑工程防水防渗施工关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies for Waterproof and Impervious Construction in Construction Projects

本文立足新时期建筑行业发展要求,提出建筑工程渗漏的工艺原因,并将科学可靠的防渗施工关键技术实施进来,包括找平层施工技术、防水卷材施工技术、屋面防水施工技术、室内厨卫防水施工技术,还针对不同技术,阐述了不同的技术要点,以期提高建筑工程施工防渗漏效益。通过这些技术的实施,不仅可以提高建筑本身对抗外界自然环境的能力,还可以延长建筑使用寿命,促进建筑事业可持续发展。

Based on the development requirements of the construction industry in the new era,this paper puts forward the technological causes of leakage in construction projects,and implements the key technologies of scientific and reliable impervious construction,including leveling layer construction technology,waterproof roll construction technology,roof waterproof construction technology,indoor kitchen and bathroom waterproof construction technology,and also expounds different technical points for different technologies,aiming to improve the anti-leakage efficiency of construction projects.The implementation of these technologies can not only improve the ability of the building itself in response to the external natural environment,but also extend the service life of the building and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
