会泽县退耕还林持续发展研究

Sustainable Development of the Conversion of Cropland to Forest and Grassland in Huize County

文章对曲靖市会泽县第三次全国国土调查数据与永久基本农田矢量数据进行融合分析,提取2014—2019年已实施退耕还林工程的林地范围,了解退耕还林现状。对全县实施退耕还林的25个乡镇、街道摸底调查和走访,了解农民对新一轮退耕还林的意愿,以期为会泽县退耕还林工作的持续发展提供建议和参考。

This article conducts a fusion analysis of the third national land survey data of Huize County,Qujing City,and the vector data of permanent basic farmland to extract the range of forest land that has implemented the conversion of cropland to forest and grassland project from 2014 to 2019,in order to understand the current situation of the conversion.A survey and visits were conducted in the 25 townships and streets of the county that have implemented the conversion project to understand the farmers’willingness for a new round of cropland conversion.The aim is to provide suggestions and references for the sustainable development of the conversion work in Huize County.
