思想政治教育高质量发展是表征思想政治教育“质的有效提升”与“量的合理增长”有机统一的标识性概念,它反映了思想政治教育“强其核、广其域、增其效”的发展过程及其现实样态。思想政治教育高质量发展,应当科学把握思想政治教育发展的内容多样性与总体前进性、量变连续性与质变飞跃性、学理自洽性与实践生成性之间的张力问题。在当代中国,思想政治教育高质量发展,必须与时俱进地全面贯彻新发展理念、精准激发教育对象的成长自觉性、科学“激活”思想政治教育的系统要素,努力培养更多让党放心、爱国奉献、担当民族复兴重任的时代新人。

The high quality development of ideological and political education is the identification concept of the organic unity of“the effective improvement of quality”and“the reasonable growth of quantity”of ideological and political education,which reflects the development process and reality of the ideological and political education that focuses on“strengthening its core,broadening its domain and increasing its effect”.As for improving the high quality development of ideological and political education,we should scientifically grasp the tension between the diversity of content and the overall advancement,the conflict between the continuity of quantitative change and the leap of qualitative change,the strain between the self-consistency of academic theory and the production of practice.Today,in order to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education,it is necessary to comprehensively implement the new development concept with the times,and accurately stimulate the growth consciousness of the education object,and scientifically“activate”the system elements of the ideological and political education,as well as strive to cultivate more new people of the era who will reassure the CPC,contribute to patriotism,and undertake the important task of national rejuvenation.
