摘要
“中文+职业技能”教学模式是国际中文教育最重要的发展方向之一。通过调查现有国际中文职业人才培养现状,发现普遍存在重语言轻职业技能、轻培养过程及与行业发展接轨性差等问题。运用CIPP评价模式,对“中文+职业技能”培养质量进行评价,以培养端学习者和用人端企业作为评价的核心主体。在分析现有教学质量问题产生原因的基础上,提出建设分级课程体系、深化产教融合、加强国际中文职业人才定制化培养的建议,优化“中文+职业技能”人才培养质量,为“一带一路”建设培养高质量技能型中文人才。
The cultivation mode of“Chinese+vocational skills”is an important development directions of international Chinese language education.Based on CIPP Theory,this paper evaluates the quality of“Chinese+skills”course,taking learners and enterprises as the core subjects of evaluation.It is found that there are some problems in the cultivation process of logistics talents,such as lack of relevance,and attaching importance to language education and despising vocational education.The cultivation process is also poor in line with the forefront of industry development.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on deepening the integration of production and education.We should promote the integration of courses with the market and strengthen the customized training of logistics talents.By this way,the talent training mode of“Chinese+skills”course can be optimized and we can cultivate high-quality logistics talents for the construction of“the Belt and Road”.
