在当前全球抗生素耐药性和公共卫生安全问题日益突出的背景下,噬菌体作为一种潜力巨大的替代性治疗和防控手段,逐渐引起广泛关注。尽管其应用前景广阔,但噬菌体在实际应用和产业化发展过程中仍面临诸多挑战和机遇。全面总结了国内外噬菌体在农业、畜牧水产、食品工业和人类健康等领域的应用现状及标准化进程,系统梳理了当前面临的问题和实际需求,并提出了系统化的建设方案。此外,还深入分析了噬菌体应用标准化对相关产业发展的推动作用,强调了标准化在提高产品质量和安全性、促进技术创新、整合产业链、增强市场信任度及推动国际合作等方面的关键作用。希望能为噬菌体应用和产业化发展提供全面的指导和规范,助力解决抗生素耐药性危机和提升公共卫生安全水平。
In the context of the increasingly prominent issues of global antibiotic resistance and public health safety,bacteriophages(also called phages)have gradually gained widespread attention as a promising alternative treatment and control method.Despite their broad application potentia,phages face numerous challenges and opportunities in practical application and industrialization.This review comprehensively summarizes the current application status of phage applications and standardization progress in agriculture,aquaculture,food industry,and human health,both domestically and internationally.Current problems and practical needs are systematically outlined,and a systematic construction plan is proposed.In addition,the impact of phage application standardization on the development of related industries is analyzed in depth,emphasizing the key roles of standardization in improving product quality and safety,promoting technological innovation,integrating the industrial chain,enhancing market confidence,and promoting international cooperation.Through this review,comprehensive guidance and regulation for the application and industrial development of phages are provided,contributing to the resolution of the antibiotic resistance crisis and the improvement of public health safety.
