摘要
目的:研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和血尿酸(UA)水平与血脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法:选择102例T2DM患者设置为观察组;同时选取同期89名体检健康志愿者为对照组。比较两组受检者血清Hcy、HbA1c、UA及血脂代谢指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数,分析血清Hcy、HbA1c、UA与血脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗的关系。结果:观察组血清Hcy、HbA1c、UA、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、TG、TC、LDL-C水平及胰岛素抵抗指数均较对照组高(P<0.05);血清HDL-C较对照组低(P<0.05);T2DM患者血清Hcy、HbA1c及UA水平与其TG、TC、LDL-C水平及胰岛素抵抗指数均呈正相关关系(P<0.05),与HDL-C均呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者血清Hcy、HbA1c及UA均呈高表达,且与其血脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗密切相关。
Objective:To explore the correlation of serum homocysteine(Hcy),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and serum uric acid(UA)levels with blood lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:The case data of 102 T2DM patients were collected and the patients were enrolled as observation group,and 89 healthy volunteers who received physical examination during the same time period were collected as control group.The levels of serum Hcy,HbA1c,UA and blood lipid metabolism indicators[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),HDL-C and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]were compared between groups.The insulin resistance index was counted,and the relationship between serum Hcy,HbA1c,UA and blood lipid metabolism and insulin resistance was analyzed.Results:The levels of serum Hcy,HbA1c,UA,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,TG,TC and LDL-C and insulin resistance index in observation group were higher(P<0.05),while the levels of serum HDL-C was lower compared to control group(P<0.05).Serum Hcy,HbA1c and UA levels in T2DM patients were positively correlated with TG,TC and LDL-C levels and insulin resistance index(P<0.05),and were negatively associated with HDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum Hcy,HbA1c and UA are highly expressed in T2DM patients,and are strongly linked with blood lipid metabolism and insulin resistance.
