摘要
为了设计一种薄铲板星轮驱动装置,通过工况分析,建立受力模型,采用回转支承替代传统的圆锥滚子轴承,可降低其结构厚度,从而得到一种新型薄铲板星轮驱动装置。采用最恶劣的极限工况对回转支承进行受力分析,性能达到设计要求。该结构为矮机身掘进机的设计提供了一种新解决方案。
In order to design a thin shovel star wheel drive device,through analysis of working conditions,established a force model,replaced traditional conical roller bearing with slewing bearing,which can reduce its structural thickness,thus obtained a new type of thin shovel star wheel drive device.Performed strength analysis on the slewing bearing under the most severe extreme operating condition,performance meets the design requirements.This structure provides a new solution for the design of low-fuselage roadheader.
