快速插接式推送装置设计

摘要 为了解决煤矿井下钻孔物探进孔推送装置存在的反转推杆将探测仪器掉在钻孔内、杆体拆卸不方便、细螺纹和燕尾槽插接等方式在复杂环境中容易沾染孔内杂质,影响拆卸、降低施工效率等一系列问题,设计了快速插接推送装置。该装置摒弃了螺纹联接的方式,采用直插的方式进行联接,打通孔的设计能快速插接和拆卸,能适用于现场复杂的环境,解决了误操作反转带来脱杆风险等问题,极大地提高现场施工的效率,为煤矿井下孔中物探提供了有力的装备支撑。 In order to solve a series of problems in the reverse push rod of the underground coal mine drilling geophysical exploration hole push device,such as dropping the detection instrument into the drilling hole,inconvenient disassembly of the rod body,fine threads and dovetail groove insertion,which are easy to contaminate impurities in the hole in complex environments,affect disassembly,reduce construction efficiency,and affect project progress,a fast plug-in push device was designed.This device abandons the threaded connection method and adopts a direct insertion method for connection.The design of the through hole can quickly plug-in and disassemble,and is suitable for complex on-site environments,solving the risk of rod detachment caused by misoperation and reverse rotation,greatly improving the efficiency of on-site construction and providing strong equipment support for geophysical exploration in coal mine underground hole.
