摘要
链条是刮板输送机的核心部件。针对圆环链条磨损量对其塑性变形影响规律不清晰、检测技术手段少的问题,采用有限元数值模拟的方法,通过模拟磨损量分别为0、5%、10%、15%和20%的圆环链条在拉伸过程中的塑性变形行为,揭示刮板输送机圆环链条磨损量对其塑性变形行为的影响规律。该研究为刮板输送机链条选型、磨损程度判定提供了技术参考。
The chain is the core component of the scraper conveyor.In view of the problem that the influence law of the wear amount of the circular chain on its plastic deformation is not clear and the detection technology is few,the finite element numerical simulation method was used to reveal the influence law of the wear amount of the circular chain of the scraper conveyor on its plastic deformation behavior during the stretching process by simulating the plastic deformation behavior of the circular chain with wear amount of 0,5%,10%,15%and 20%.The research provides a technical reference for the selection of scraper conveyor chain and the determination of wear degree.
