矿用液压支架传动介质绿色缓蚀剂性能研究

摘要 针对矿井配液水中高浓度Cl^(-)对液压支架金属部件的腐蚀问题,制备了一种用于液压支架浓缩液的不含亚硝酸盐的复合缓蚀剂。腐蚀实验结果表明,在体系中添加1%该缓蚀剂即可有效抑制NaCl溶液对铸铁的腐蚀,其缓蚀率达到84.1%,缓蚀效果与Na NO_(2)相当。从电化学极化测试结果可以看出,该缓蚀剂属于阳极抑制型缓蚀剂,能够使体系的自腐蚀电位增大444.7 mV,自腐蚀电流密度降低约72%。 In view of the problem that the mine water with high concentration of Cl^(-)corrode the hydraulic support,prepared a nitrite-free compound corrosion inhibitor used for hydraulic support.The corrosion experiment results show that adding 1%of this corrosion inhibitor to the system can effectively inhibit the corrosion of NaCl solution on cast iron,with a corrosion inhibition rate of 84.1%,which is equivalent to NaNO_(2).From the electrochemical polarization test results,it can be seen that the corrosion inhibitor belongs to the anode suppression type corrosion inhibitor,which can increase the self corrosion potential of the system by 444.7 mV and reduce the self corrosion current density by about 72%.
