摘要
部分刮板输送装备采用摇臂式液压冲击破碎装置实现对大块煤的破碎,但均采用人工现场手动或遥控操作,效率低且存在安全隐患。提出了一种基于红外激光测距的刮板输送装备用大块煤自动破碎控制方法,能够自动开展破碎作业,满足自动、快速、高效破碎大块煤的使用需求。
Some scraper conveyor equipment use a rocker arm hydraulic impact crushing device to achieve the crushing of large coal blocks.But all use manual or remote control operation on site,which is inefficient and poses potential safety hazards.A method for automatic crushing control of large coal blocks in scraper conveyor equipment based on infrared laser ranging was proposed,which can automatically carry out crushing operations and meet the requirements of automatic,fast,and efficient crushing of large coal blocks.
